I need a quick break from standing on tile. I'm trying to use the time while Clara is asleep and Sebastian and Ash are at church to get some housework done. Nanowrimo word count, day 9: 15,579 (+576). Spent lots of time reworking the last chapter. I agree with nanowrimo that over-editing is bad when you're trying to just get your story out, but when it takes an unexpected turn, you can only go so far before you need to work out your details.
