It was already planned to come out when the Xbox 2 does, so Microsoft is going to Release Halo 3 around the same time as the PS3 for a counter-attack

how awesome would that be if one software title outsold a new system release...

I just came from the Gates 2night.......ron from EB said that this is a MOST LIKELY situtation. He said he will confirm this when he goes to E3 this May, And to toop that off..He said he will camcord the event for me on my camcorder, So long as he can make copies for himself.he said that the MAY release HALO3 WITH the NEW XBOX2 system.. This will surely knock Sony back....WAYYYY back. There PS3 better be just that...BETTER than the next XBOX. I know that this isn't happening, As is the XBOX is FARRR BETTER the the PS2 right now and I don't think Sony compete against XBOX. OK.. the PS2 can play games online FOR FREE (certain games you have to pay for..but mainly the other games are FREE) And thats a PLUS on the PS2.. Better than paying $50 a YEAR for the XBL. But still.. I like BOTH systems and own all of them (If you been here..then you know what I'm saying), So I'm content. This year is gonna be BIG....New consoles...NEW games.. I can't wait for this. Right now...I'm anticipatiing the Sony PSP to arrive this month..But that a ( ... )
