Reduce your speed and follow at a safe distance for you never know when the highway gnomes might attack your Volvo as a result to high taxes. Before passing the vehicle, beat the gnomes off with a large stick, and be aware of the vehicles actions. Any swerving or constant dropping of speed may indicate danger, or DEATH.
