One thing that I was all o_O about is that Kahlan never says ILU back to Richard. You're probably not going to see him for many months 1 or 2 episodes, you'd think you'd wanna express the love. Ha, see what I did thar!

I think that the real heroes of the episode are Kahlan's boots. THOSE ARE HOT. I want them. What are the odds they're custom made. D:

Also do you think they've done something new to Kahlan's hair? Is it straighter or something?

You know, I'm in the opposite camp for the ‘I love you’ stuff. I find it exceedingly stereotypical for someone to say ‘I love you’ back because it always sounds contrived; like they have to because it's been said to them. So when Kahlan acknowledged rather than repeated, I was cheering the writers.

OMG WAS MY FAVORITE PART The way they undercranked the fight to make it SO Much cooler!! I started screaming "OMG WIN" as soon as she went for it!

SO MUCH TOUCHING the kissing(!!) and the holding(!!) fangirls are happy :D I can't even type anything other than asdjklasdfjkla*squee*asadf for the kissing in this ep.

Seriously, I NEVER EVER EVER get sick of Seeker fights. I'm usually bored after 10 seconds of a fight scene, but Seeker ones have a zillion frames per second and then get the olympic games athlete ad slomo treatment and it is BRILLIANT. Also, Seeker has epic hair, so natch it is the best.

I've seen Jessica Marais (actress who plays Denna) in a few Australian things down here before so was saved that shock. But lol, did you hear her 1x08 commentary? She was talking about how the Mord'Sith braid is like an instant face lift because of how it pulls back so tight :PPP She does look vastly diff.

Having not bought the DVD I honestly cannot tell. I just mooched a couple of commentaries from friends that they said were good. I do know that there isn't any goddam bloopers!!! WHAAAT?!
