150 years ago today at 3PM Est, Robert E. Lee, the commander of the Army of Northern Virginia, surrendered to Union Lt. Gen. Ulysses Grant at Appomattox, Va., ending four years of civil war.
Roughly 2% of the population, an estimated 620,000 people, died during the 4 years of that war. In today's numbers that would equal 6 million people. -

So Kanye West and Paul McCartney made a new song together. o_0 I thought it was just a rumor they were doing something but it turned out to be true. Song is rather nice. Except for the auto tune.
