Tips and Tricks with Garbage

Well I might now be in Japan anymore, but that's no reason I can't give some advice and helpful hints to anyone looking to go there for a visit or to live. We were talking about trash today in Japanese class and were discussing the numerous tricky customs Japan has when it comes to the garbage. 2.If you are there to LIVE know this. You still have to recycle. They pick up their trash by day of the week and what group of recyclables they pick up that day. For example Monday and Saturday may be burnables (meaning food, or other.) Tuesday may be plastic, and so on. If you don't recycle right you have to pay a fee.

It's the same over here in Germany as well. Then again Dom once said that we were really into recycling, so maybe we're a lot like the Japanese;) All of that sounded awfully familiar*lol*
