I'm sorry people are being assholes, honey. Don't delete this journal. 16 is much different from 13--you can look back and see how much you've changed, and that's a very cool thing. Don't get rid of those memories.

I think you've definitely grown a lot since I met you, but I wouldn't have friended you at 13 if I thought you acted like a little kid. You were and still are very mature for your age, and I appreciate that about you. What the fuck should it matter what you listen to? I have a friend in her 30's who listens to My Chemical Romance. I can't stand them personally, but it hasn't got a thing to do with how mature or intelligent a person is.

You are a smart, fun, compassionate girl and that person only insulted you because of their own lack of self-esteem. And I say that even though I'm an "adult" who listens to music no one can make fun of(Hanson aside, that is). Rock on, little sister. ♥

I agree with Alice. I know, I know I haven't commented you in ages, but this was in need of my two cents.

So whoever it is harassing you can suck balls because I personally have known you since you were just barely 13 and I, at the time was 16 almost 17. If I thought you were in any way immature I wouldn't have friended you either. You were then and are now very mature for your age. I love you dearly Brandy-kins and I think it shouldn't matter what your lj name or what you write in it because it is YOURS.
