uuugh, i am so bad with veggies lately! i never eat them fresh, just frozen if that.

i wish i could eat more fruit, those snacks sound yummy and fruit is so filling! (i am fructose intolerant so i can only eat a very, very small amount, yeah i've never heard of it either...lol)

Fruit is so hard... I don't want to "waste" points on them. 2 points for an apple is a lot! I'm getting to the point where my weight has decreased and my point level will too.

Fructose intolerant! Wow! Is there any other way to get the nutrition in from fruits in a pill form?

I'd be afraid to see what I ate today was worth, and yesterday and all week...

I was talking to this guy I know, a tough guy, and he was saying the best way to tone up and loose weight is to jump rope... so when the temps pop up just a little more I'm completely aiming at buying myself a new skipping rope :)

hahah.. all the buff guys at the gym jump rope. I think it's very macho ;-) And it's probably a good cardio workout too.
