Completely random thought.. I wonder what kind of music the baby will like? Kids usually hate the music their parents like.

I would disagree - my mom and I shared love for lots of music, particularly that of Carol King. I remember feeling this strange sense of shared ownership when King's live concert CD came out a while ago and my mom had no idea about it. I was finally not just a kid attempting to emulate his mom's musical taste.

You have great musical taste - your child will love it.
