The chores! The stores! Fresh air!

For the first time since April, Jen's father watched Jonny overnight over the weekend, and Jen and I got to indulge in a few small childfree privileges. Saturday night, after dropping the lad off, we went to our predictable Jonny-free weekend spot, a Korean restaurant in Park Slope called Moim, and ordered our predictable Jonny-free dinner there.

Nice to have some child free time. I can't wait to get some spouse-free time in the next month. We definitely need a weekend free of one another.

Time on one's own is good. I'm counting down the hours until Thursday, when (if all goes well) I'll have a whole day of hiking all to myself.
