I wish...

:-(
I wish I had a slate from which I could wipe out events that I don't like.
Wish I could wipe out all that has happened and all that I have seen.
Wish I could take Mumbai back to how it was before these cowards struck.

Well, what else should they be called? (I do know the answer to that... and I can think of a lot of names)
But did you know they brutally tortured the hostages at gunpoint? They killed an unarmed innocent man who left his dinner half-eaten, to get up and offer them a drink of water -- in front of his son? They attacked a hospital meant for women and children, where a woman was delivering a baby?

agree that they are savages, and it is close to impossible for us to comprehend their mind. i even think some of them in the muslim (and i don't mean the religion) regions of the world have something genetically wrong that they are easily susceptible and they can be trained to become terrorists of this nature. no matter how deep your motives are these kind of terror is virtually impossible.

i certainly don't call it bravery, it's pure madness.

but generally when people have to condemn, they say it's cowardice. i'm totally with you when you speak of the sentiment. but cowardice, my friend. this is not.

Madness is the word. I think it is a form of madness, if you are taught/trained to be mad...and told that being mad is normal and the right thing to do...

Mumbai is back to where it was. One of your wishes seems to have been granted.

I know. It's like the attacks never happened. Public memory is so short.
When I made my wish I didnt mean that we shud go back by forgetting about the whole thing...

Ah, but there is a note of despondency in your words and that will never do. I therefore, having some time at my disposal to put my foot in my mouth and an abundance of nonsense within, give you this argument to chew on or to mull over as you chew on something else (I would suggest Fusen gum but Spearmint and Orbit works just as well ( ... )
