I've no problem with ye workin' in tha library, but I can't promise never ta question something under any circumstance. That reaches a bit far ta swear ta ahead of time. And ye can make tha contract, but keep tha terms reasonable, or I'll not put me name ta it as it stands. Ye can put the axe in it if ye like, if ye agree never ta raise it against anything less than a threat ta yer life and keep it safe with ye.
As for Narvin, so long as he agrees ta it, I will. But if I'm told something in confidence, I may not always share it with ye, though I will if I can.

...I find this agreeable. I would not want you to sign something you did not agree to, as I intend to hold you to it. The terms about the axe were those I intended to use anyway.
If he has agreed to it, all should be shared between the three of you. If he tries to contact you in private, this should be your duty to remind him.

Good.
You're more agreeable than the rest, Yorg. But you're also a Dwarf. It will be a lot easier than them for you to lose my respect, as I will expect better of you than them.
a) Note ports - nominally that suburban Roundworld one, the carnival 'flood', where I was not only forcibly human, but also subjected to enslavement because I was a 'freak'.
b) Note the huge majority of humans. Note the fact I've acknowledged my breach of Dwarfish Law, and yet still remain here. Note the fact it's always human holidays, human traditions, human concepts that happen as a result of floods. We've only ever taken trips to the Roundworld. I have only seen two Dwarfs here in the entire history of this place. It's even basic things of everything being too large. Even a little consideration would be appreciated.
c) Randal Graves. Proof enough?
d) Oh, so this little box I now have in my possession just... popped up out of nowhere? Without you knowing about it? [Insert Dwarfish curse translatable as 'bullshit', but more accurately meaning 'the slimy, silty deposits left by the river Ankh in the bottom of a city mine'.]
e) I died for what I believed. My imprisonment is unjust and by human standards. That is nobody but your

I'm really not sure what you're afraid I might say to him. All the best bits are a matter of public record since you decided to confess to the world about all our various dealings.

[Dwarven, amused:] We're going to need another code language. Your warden could listen in. Know any others? I speak, ahh--... [Common, fuck it, you can't translate proper nouns:] Vrykul, Orcish, a little Eredun. I can read Nerubian, but it's hard to speak it without mandibles.
[See? He remembered the word for 'warden' that Ardent taught him. ARTHAS CAN LEARN.]
I'd also like to offer you a little warning. You're aware he's ... that I have a history with him, of course.

I plan to include in my contract with him that he's not to read my private communications. If you are left without a filter...
