Now if my journal is set to "Friends Only" does that mean this entry can only be viewed by those who I have on my friends list?

OK. I tested this and indeed that's what it means however, the rest of my journal can be seen by anyone. How do I change THAT?!

I think there is a feature that allows you to change the security level of multiple (or all) posts at once. Check the FAQ.
