Thom speaks Japanese well. Usually, foreign musicians only say "konnichiwa" (hello) and "arigatou" (thank you), but he says "doumo". it's like hello, but more Japanese. :)
Yeah, they tend to avoid Creep xD So when they play it is like *ORGASM* And it´s not because of the song itself, 'cause it is a great song but is far from being their best. It´s because of what it represents, I think, I mean...love it or not, it´s indeed one of the most important songs of rock history, and it´s the song that made them famous, so enjoying it live is quite the privilege. They did 2 gigs in Santiago a few years ago, and they played it both days, and we just went crazy, just like the japanese fans xD
Oh, that´s nice. It´s cool when the artist makes the effort and tries to say some other words, apart from the typical 'hello' and 'thank you' =) It´s rare though, so good for Thom <3
