It's very stressful and overwhelming.
But it's something you need to do.
Things never go away.
Don't worry about who the real you is right now. Just focus on getting through your feelings and working it all out.
Write everything out.
After your soul is clear again, that is when you will figure out what you are all about.
Just be very careful not to let yourself go numb again.
I don't know about you, but for me, going numb was something I did automatically whenever I felt something I didn't want to feel. It was a very hard habit to break.
