Prudish Word

 OMG,  my computer is a prude!

Seriously.  My thesaurus doesn't know the word "whore". Actually, it refuses to give me any synonyms for anything even slightly sexual or vulgar. I can't work like this!

Grumble, grumble, stupid word, grumble, grumble.

Interesting! My computer persues a rather different path in life - or my word-program at least.

It knew "homosexual", but could not understand why I wanted to use "heterosexual" as well.

I was quite impressed.

... Ich weiß nicht, mein deutsches Word-Programm mag es auf jeden Fall nicht, wenn ich "unanständige" Wörter benutze. Dass der Thesaurus die harmlosesten Worte nicht führt, regt mich echt auf. - Kein Synonym für "Hure"? Nicht mal "Prostituierte"? Also bitte. Und das ist mir schon öfter passiert :(

Na ja, in solchen Fällen muss ich halt dann auf mein gutes, altes Synonym-Wörterbuch von Duden zurückgreifen ...

This is why I like to leave my Firefox running so I can quickly search for synonyms on those words that Word likes to bugger up.
