I was arguing this point in my English class a few days ago. You have an amazingly interesting point that I agree with wholeheartedly. Without chaos, we would not be able to embrace the serenity of life. Without hate, we wouldn't know the depth of love. Without sadness, we wouldn't appreciate happiness as much. And, you are correct, it's all about balance. The sad thing is that balance is very hard to obtain, in most respects. We, as humans, tend to lean to an extreme rather than a nice medium. The idea is that we constantly work on achieving that state of balance; it is a common theme throughout many religions and philosophies. It's what I base my life on. Good luck, mate
