Let's see whose behind door number 3...
I definitely have to fix this guys outfit later. Anyway, this is the bodyguard guy to yesterday's priest guy. Since Priest guy spends most of his time cultivating an untouchable aura this is the guy who takes care of him basically and we'll learn most of his real thoughts by their dialogue. He's also practically his husband but they keep that on the downlow, actually feeling love for your underlings is not allowed.
He has that forelock since he's from a steppe nomad culture (if you know me that's a given for every story lol) but he left a long time ago to seek employment in the city after his tribe was destroyed by the factions trying to consolidate power. Now he's working for one but not the same one, but all that happened when he was like 20 and now he's like 40-50.
