Oddly Appropriate Icon - Week Two
This week, I gained a total of 2 pounds in seven days(due to a binge over the weekend and no exercising). I ate an average of 1,193 Calories per day for four days. And I walked/exercised an average of 27.5 minutes per day for four days.
Week's Accomplishment:
+2 lbs.
Accomplishment thus far:
-3 lbs.

This week I lost a total of 5 pounds in six days. I ate an average of 1,455.33 Calories per day for six days. And I walked/exercised an average of 23 minutes per day for the past six days.
