Like Serpico, I'm having a remarkably hard time on these. But I hit "Reply" without reading anyone else first so I could take a double-blind stab.

Col. Mustard: Alec Baldwin. If he takes himself with 125% seriousness I know he could do it.

Miss Scarlett: Rose McGowan. She can vamp it up with the best of them.

Prof. Plum: Stephen Colbert. I want to take it in a completely different direction from the Christopher Lloyd portrayal.

Mrs. Peacock: Meryl Streep. Because hey.

Mr. Green: Will Ferrell BUT, Will Ferrell played straight (a la Stranger Than Fiction). The pathetic, put-upon everyman.

Mrs. White: Parker Posey. Call me crazy. Only I'm not.

Wadsworth: Simon Pegg.

Mr. Boddy: Clive Owen. No one can play "thug in a nice suit" like Owen, save perhaps Daniel Craig, whose asking price post-Bond is now too high.
