Alright, so to update, been on south beach for 3 days now. Total pounds lost = 6lbs!! Woo woo... I hear that they really start to melt off in the second week so I am excited to see what happens!!!
wow. can i borrow your diet book so i can start this too? or can you just pass all your meal recipes along to me? i always thought SB was a load of crap but i'm impressed now.
