Interesting Night...

Well another Saturday down the pooper. I have done absolutely nothing tonight but sit in a chair and think about stuff. It is amazing though, how much time goes by when all you're doing is thinking. I sat and thought about stuff for nearly 3 hours

I think you did the right thing. Whatever possible momentary pleasures you might have gained by taking part in that could never outweigh the benefits of having a great woman by your side in the long run. I'm sure your girlfriend appreciates the respect you showed her and yourself by opting to sit this one out.

My husband never had a bachelor party and hasn't attended one for as long as I've known him. It's called maturity (and having something better waiting for you at home).

I totally agree, I feel a lot better that I chose not to go.
And when I get married, I am not going to have a bachelor party. Maybe a get together with friends, but not with strippers or any of that.

This shows not only your maturity, but also your love, appreciation, and respect for her.
