That's funny, I'm seriously considering ridding myself of a car while still living here in LA. I also don't own a cell phone. Or have an agent or script in development. But good luck with your travels and new home, wherever it might be.

thanks! i know people who live car-free in LA, but they all seem to have a hard time with things like making social plans. it is certainly more manageable if you live somewhere like hollywood where things are in walking distance.

and i always enjoy your LA-related posts, so i will certainly keep appreciating from afar :)

I kept meaning to touch base with you about your visit, but it seems that too many things keep happening.

Anyway. I'll be on Lower Decatur Saturday night for Wendy's memorial thing, and maybe Sunday night. I've got a hard work week next week, so I probably won't be doing much on the weeknights... but we'll work something out.

So I won't be out tonight after all, since the 2nd Line got moved up so much earlier... but I will be out Sunday night! Evan's delayed birthday scavenger hunt. We'll be at the Abbey at 8:30, prob running around the FQ til about 11, and then back at the Abbey for a while.
