So I found out the reason why we have a break every five weeks here is. It turns out that this school gets a lot of people from out state, more than I thought, and before they started doing these breaks, there were a lot of suicides, because of the change of seasons and stuff. So now I've heard all these ghost stories about students who killed

OMG, yes!!

UMF is supposedly an extremely haunted campus. I have yet to see any of it. But, apparently, in Nordica Auditorium, where I had chorus, the ghost of Lady Nordica, the auditorium's benefactor, is supposed to haunt. Apparently, anyone who works in the building at night can hear something coming from there, like someone playing a piano.

Also, in Mallet, one of the oldest dorms on campus, the fourth floor is haunted by the ghost of a student that killed themselves.

I'm not sure if I believe any of it...just thought that I would like to share!

There's supposed to be ghosts on the 4th floor of our residence hall, but I haven't heard any evidence or firsthand reports of that yet.
