going solo at work now...they feel that i do not need a trainer by my side anymore so they're cutting me loose; which kind of sucks because im used to having 3 techs (me and 2 regular techs) instead of 2...so its gonna be fun adjusting to that change, or really hard.  the IV hood scared the ever living crap out of me, but im ok with it now...still
