Apparently Kal Penn, probably first known as Taj in 'Van Wilder' also famous as Kumar in 'Harold and Kumar' and Kutner in 'House' is now working as a Associate Director in the White House Office of Public Liaison.

wow, that was quite literally a shocker.

I don't know if you follow house, but there was a giant plot twist they needed to put into the series to accommodate this move :P

Doesn't surprise me at all though. He did a LOT of work for the campaign, he was also a floor leader at the DNC. I think he's also a guest lecturer at UPenn, so it's not like he's your run of the mill celeb.
