I heard a passenger--[A pause as he looks up the ID]--Blitzwing discussing a venture into Carnival. May I inquire as to the motives of such an outing... I want to know if it will be worth my while to accompany.

According to other passengers, who have apparently gotten this information from the crew, there is a human female in Camp Carnival who may have information. With any luck she'll be more forthcoming than the rest of the crew on board this vessel.

Personally, since I am trying to map out the entire ship as thoroughly as possible it would be useful to explore Camp Carnival as well; it also doesn't seem wise at all not to assess the threat level of an exceptionally dangerous area in case there is any sort of breach or attack outside of its usual boundaries.
