My friend just found out she has malignant cervical cancer.

this just makes me more glad i am getting vaccinated.

oh my gosh. cancer...
i have an appointment for those shots too... this summer... fun stuff. I hate needles, but I think I hate cancer more...

Wait, how does one go about getting vaccinated? I've heard about it but not how to access it...

call your primary care doctor. You have to ask for the HPV vaccine or gastradril. Most insurence covers it but your doctor will probobly have to specially order it for you. I had to do a little bit of pushing to get them to do it but they did. It's a series of three shots and takes six months i think.
