GOTHIC WTF JUSTINE IT'S EMO. EMO EMO EMO. A BLACK AND WHITE PICTURE THAT I TOOK WITH A ROSE CRUMPLED UP AGAINST A STONE WALL ON THE GROUND THAT I ADDED IN WITH PHOTOSHOP AND THEN MY SIGNATURE PHRASE AS OF NOW IN EMO CURSIVE FONT IN LIGHT GRAY WITH MY SIGNATURE ROSE ICON WITH THE ROSES IN FADED COLORS!?!? WTFN0RZ THAT IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT ONLY EMO BUT JIMMY EMO. NOW THAT I'VE TOLD EVERYONE HOW I MADE MY ENTIRE LJ BACKGROUND, AND IN CAPS TOO, YEAH. GOTHIC WTF! I'M NOT GOTHIC. IT WASN'T INTENTIONALLY GOTHIC IT WAS EMO.

On another note, why does the border of all the accent stuff disappear after like 10 minutes? I used to have borders and junk and it all disappeared and I'm wondering why. You're the master of designing these things so yeah. Thanks though Justine.

Okay so what I just said about the borders... the light green border on everything shows up on Mozilla Firefox and not Internet Explorer, and the custom scrollbar shows up on Internet Explorer but not Mozilla Firefox. I know the scrollbar thing won't change because that's really involved with the browser, but I'm wondering if the border thing is too?

It might have to do with either of them supporting/not supporting Javascript? Orrr...if one of them isn't updated, if you download an update the effects will show up...that's what happened to me one time. Otherwise you might just be stuck one way with one browser.
