Got this article from the email today. It totally pissed me off. I can't express well what I think cos I'm really shocked with how people nowadays can still be so narrow-minded and stupid.

i think it's more of a tort case [abuse of right]. the principal has a right to punish students however is using it in an improper, abusive and infringing manner. then you can throw in a suit for damages - moral (emotional distress, besmirched reputation, humiliation etc..)
