TRAGICALLY the only one even in an acceptable age range is Cloud, and he already has hot dead people to rape him. It would be kind of redundant.

You can console yourself with thoughts of how much sex they would have had with Mustang. There wouldn't even be any rape involved at all. But I think the only of-age one is Meryl. Which Mia would because I think she respect Meryl too much and like... not that she doesn't think Meryl could "handle it" but more sees something like that as not being good for Meryl at all. Plus she ships Peony/Meryl way hard. So like.... if she didn't know Meryl at all, I think she would highly approve, because Meryl reminds her a little of herself when she was younger. But knowing Meryl and knowing how much Meryl looks up to her, it would feel like taking advantage. Along that line, she will beat Godot off you if necessary.
