I'm back to my old self... not posting and all...

The last couple of weeks have been pretty crazy. Between visiting museums, walking all over Montreal and overcoming my fear of rivers the computer hasn't seen much of me. Although I don't mind that at all for some reason. I am starting to realize I could definitely go without tv and a computer if my life was simply packed with fun outdoorsy things

I'm glad you had lots of fun. Congrats on the scholarship. Does that mean it's back to school for you, or is it to pay off classes you'd already taken?

This scholarship is to cover my living costs while I am doing my PhD. I will take a couple of classes but either way they also pay for the tuition on top of my stipend. Cool deal! Oh, and any conferences I go to they'll be all covered :) Amazing deal!!!!

Anyhow, I am not sure yet if it will work out since the neurology department didn't accept me in due to one course I didn't do so well in my first year of my MSc. My supervisor is trying to go through the graduate studies head person but I will prob only be able to get in in January... bah... I just hope that if that is the case they will still let me keep the scholarship. :)
