Um....okay, I just don't get it. Why the fuck can Anna Nicole lose about 200 pounds in a matter of weeks and I can't even lose 40 pounds in a matter of months?? WTF. I've been dieting and dieting almost to the point of starving myself and i feel/look fatter than ever!

Life is just not fucking fair!!

anna nicole lost that weight with liposuction and probably had her stomach banded or whatever like sharon osbourne. it did not happen magically, or with a pill. trim spa probably paid for all her surgery so she would be a spokesperson for their product. don't pay attention to those commercials. don't compare yourself to anna nicole anyway. have you heard her? she is ignorant. better you be 40 pounds overweight and intelligent! also, realistically, you couldn't lose 40 pounds in a matter of months anyway. It would take longer than that if you did it the right way, through diet and exercise.

now that that lecture is over, i try to curb my hunger by smoking cigarettes and taking zantrex (new diet pill, blue bottle). i don't mean to be hypocritical but damn girl, anna nicole didn't do that with just some trim spa!

Do you exercise at all? Purely cutting out food slows your metabolism down which causes your body to hold onto weight. There is no magic diet pill that's going to help you. Cut out simple carbs, eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water, exercise 4 days a week for at least 30 mins, and skip the desert. It's hard but it'll work, and yes it does take time.

Maybe try running for 30 mins every other day, then the other days join a gym and do some light weight training to tone your muscles. Good luck. :D

low carb is the way to go I have lost 60 in three months and would have lost more but buying a new wardrobe it way expensive.
