You have no idea what you are saying... You have no clue about everything that is going on in lucys life or with her family. There are so many things that have been let out by her in this house that no one would even guess about her. This is a problem that is being dealt with by family and doctors. I have been there at our deepest moments when lucys come close to death and i have been there when lucy runs away for dumb reasons, gets caught with drugs, kicked out of school, been in fights, and all of the arguements we've had... She ran away so she could get drugs and join a dumb skinhead gang, she got her STD while she did this too just so she could get drugs cause she has no money.. She doesnt know what she wants in life so she picks it all at once and cant think for herself sometimes. Shes not gonna be in the mental place forever... Just for a few days till we figure things out. She doesnt even want to come home cause she hates all of us for not letting her have casual sex even though she has a contagious STD... I didnt say its your parents fault or that there is no love in the family. the whole thing i wrote was targeted towards mental hospitals - and to a point how they make a persons life better while they are in them, but when they come out, they go back to how they were.

And about lucy's STD. If i remember correctly, she didnt want anyone to know about that, since she last told me this when we were at the beach and stated that the time when i saw her before she came here. Unless she told you that she doesnt mind announcing that on live journal, then cool, but other wise, yeouch.

She just tells people now that she has one, just not what kind it is... But the fact is we dont want her to get one that is much more worser than what she already has...

they cant keep sending her away every time she does a no no.

if they cant deal with her, then no one can.

if they cant learn how to have a lot of more patience with someone, who is younger, despite of their actions, then no one will be able to help her. theres a point in life where you metaphorically stop slaping your kid in the hand or spanking them in the ass. your parents *need* to go to classes or something to learn on how to deal with it.

because imagine, if for some big time of your life, you got sent away, because 'mom and dad' couldnt handle and deal with me, so they sent you away, how the heck would that feel? you would feel like crap, and unconciously because shes effen confused and crying out for help from them, she cant get it, so she gets it other ways.

people need to stop programming her.

It's hard to imagine, but my aunt and uncle couldn't "handle" my cousin, so they sent her to live with us and other family members for 2 years until she learned disipline and what not...

some people can be taught by being around other people, tougher people...
