He was doing it again.
She could feel his gaze scorching through the thick glass of her office, more than once today she had looked up from her reports to find him staring. Openly, unabashedly staring. She tried to look cool and unaffected, but his gaze affected her nearly as much as his touch. She bit the inside of her lip, and tried very hard not to think about the lazy Sunday that they had enjoyed this past weekend while Rusty had gone out with his friends from the chess team.
His was everywhere at once; lips, tongue and teeth mapped out the expanse of her skin. She shuddered and moaned as he made love to her slowly, thoughtfully, deliberately. She clung to his shoulders and scratched her nails against his scalp as he travelled down her body. His hair was so soft beneath her fingertips; she tugged a little too hard on the silver strands and he nipped the inside of her thigh in a mild reproach. His hands were so warm and firm as they gripped her hips; she was on fire.
“Captain.” She looked up from her work to find him leaning against her doorway, a cup of hot coffee in his hands.
“Lieutenant,” she replied crisply.
He seemed a bit taken aback by her cool demeanor. “Uh, this is for you. Thought you could use a caffeine hit.” He crossed the distance to her desk, and handed her the coffee.
“Thank you,” she said evenly.
“Right,” he scratched his head awkwardly. “So, I’ll just get back to work…” he said lamely. Sharon silently nodded her approval.
It wasn’t until he was half way to his desk that he felt it. Slowly he turned his head to look back at the Captain.
Her gaze was firmly fixed on his rear; she was gripping the cup rather harshly, starring with an almost wicked grin on her face. Her blazing gaze followed the path, up his back, and met his eyes. She blushed something fierce, and abruptly put her coffee down to pick up her report once more.
Andy made a mental note to wear his tailored grey suit tomorrow. He had a feeling that the Captain would approve.
