Rose/10.5
Doctor Who
Yes, I have Rose and 10 a few times on this list, but to be fair, they are really quite grand. That and technically the kiss in question was Rose and the clone of 10. I'm not necessarily speaking of the kiss that is in the actual episode as much as the filming of the kiss as seen in Doctor Who Confidential. It's longer and has a much more intense and longing embrace to it. If you haven't seen it yet, youtube 'Rose and Doctor extended kiss.' The actual episode kiss just doesn't look right after you see it. While I dislike that it was the Doctor's clone that Rose was kissing, as far as I figure, there really wasn't much else they could do. If Rose couldn't be a companion anymore, then at least she has her own Doctor. And if 10 and Rose had kissed, that would have just made things so much more awkward for 10.5. Dunno. That's just how I see it.

Glee
When I first was thinking of what I would put for this day, Will and Emma's kiss from Glee's mid-season finale came to mind. It was intense and very cute. But I didn't think it was as great as Rose and 10.5. It certainly was up there, though.
