As for roadblocks...who says you need a map? Just go on a random road trip (metaphorically). Sometimes the best things are found when you're not even trying to look. :)

You will occasionally have bosses that are jerks. They're temporarily, so try to take them with a grain of salt. If they're unbearable, and not likely to move on, look for someone who will appreciate you.
It's not all that unusual to not have a set chart in life. And it's not the end of the world if you don't. So long as you're happy where you are *at that moment* (everyone should dream - it's the source of inspiration), and you make enough to cover your expenses, drifting isn't a crime.
As for guidance - the best person to help you know how to travel the road is someone who's already walked it. If you want to do web-design, call someone who owns a web design company, and ask for the type of experience needed to do that kind of work. People are *astonishingly* willing to give advice to others - it makes them feel good.
