G4 recently announced an Indie Game Challenge that is being sponcered by Gamestop and the Guild Hall at SMU, offering prize money, mingling and the possible publishing of your or your teams prodject. Prize money is 100,000 dollars and a full $50,000 scolarship to the Guild Hall game design program ( Read more... )

*hugs* Something will present itself eventually...I'm glad the frustration didn't come without a small ray of sunshine ("...this little event has shown me that I do have support if I need it and that I do want to design games for people to play and (hopefully) enjoy.").

I love you...I know you could do it. Maybe not right now, but don't give up. ♥
