I've had access to a grand total of 1 new hard back bought for my family, ever. The final Harry Potter. I stole the pleasure from my mother.

But I like to be the first one to get new library books, and those... Heh.

I love the sound of opening a new hardcover book, but hate the logistics of reading them. I'm a paperback girl -- they're lighter and easier to read ;D
