Recently, while wandering through KMart, I saw a display of large (100 litre) bags of bean bag fill (tiny Styrofoam spheres). Since I had an old bean bag that needed to be refilled, I grabbed a bag.

Kmart's web page for the fill says:

Did the instructions also tell you that sometimes bean bag manufacturers glue the zippers shut? I had that issue.

It didn't say anything about glue.

The large bean bag chair has two zippers, but neither one had a zipper pull so I used a paper clip for a zipper pull. I was surprised when I undid the first zipper and found a second one behind it.

I will admit that I briefly wondered about the cost of refilling (2 1/2 bags = ~$45) vs getting a new bean bag chair. But I decided that this is the one have and other than being flat it was worth saving (vs adding to landfill).

What would happen if you left, say, a dozen of those bags somewhere smart on the MIT campus, with a note saying "please post to YouTube."
