I think this must be old...if they don't have enough signatures by November 21 it won't fly. It's been around since 2008 and no one has been pushing it.

The posting just means they have approval to collect signatures. It does not mean it has been cleared to be on the ballot.

Just the thought that some one thinks this is an okay thing to even do is pretty awful, but not surprising when you consider the source.
