It actually is about forbidden love. The first and last story arcs are BL, the second is incest (a brother and a sister), and the third is girls' love. The third arc is the only one I didn't watch.
Uhm... he's not in Seigaku. Akutsu is a Yamabuki member. You should have seen him in Side Yamabuki and Dream Live 2nd (both with 2nd cast Seigaku). I think he's also a guest in Dream Live 5th.
