Crosby Stills and Nash

We (Ezra, Sara and I) attended the Crosby Stills and Nash concert last night.It was wonderful. Crosby's voice is still amazing. When he was soaring on "Almost Cut My Hair" it almost brought tears to my eyes. Stills was making my throat hurt listening to him. I could tell that he was struggling. When I first mentioned to Jazmine that we going to see them she did not know who I was talking about. So. . . I made her sit down and I played "Sweet Judy Blue Eyes", "Southern Cross", "Teach the Children", etc. . . She was quiet for a few minutes and then said: "Yeah, they're kind of Simon and Garfunky are'nt they?". . . sigh. :-)

i wish i had known about this concert. i am apparently too far out of the loop of that kind of information---i've read three accounts of it today on LJ, but didn't know about it in advance. oops. :) it sounds like it was brilliant! did they sing "helplessly hoping?" i adore that song. :)
