Pensive

Loki sat comfortably alone, at least for now, upon a large tree limb overlooking the landscape. He had left Sigyn alone, at home, not quite sure she'd understand all of this and not sure he wanted her help in it either.Things have definitely changed. His eyes studied the strange structures mortals had created over the generations. “Ok,” he said after a moment, leaning firmly against the tree, his legs propped up along the limb. “Let’s recap.” His mind scrolled through everything that had happened over the years, from Baldr’s death to his own imprisonment in the underworld.

He remembered the poison and how it felt. Loki scowled and rubbed his face; it had hurt and hurt like hell. At least Sigyn had tried to help while she could. He wouldn’t begrudge her for leaving.

The question that puzzled him was: what does he do now? He was pissed off, that much he knew, and that he wanted to feel the satisfaction of revenge. But how was he to do it? “Don’t do anything rash.” Loki scolded himself. “Think, then act.”

He sighed. It would require further consideration and not at the moment. So much was new to him right now and the first thing on his agenda should be to acclimate. He needed to rid himself of the confusion of his surroundings. Greeks? Automobiles? The list went on and on. He would have to figure all this out first. Or at the very least, find something to do. He was bored.

A bored Loki was a troublesome Loki.
