So it is now officially Tuesday, the day after Monday and the day after the day after my Birthday. So far the slow easy drift down from the thrill of Burning Man has been more of a screaming plummet hoping that my cushion really is a floatation device.

if your cat is useful as a paperweight, s/he's doing very well at that whole be-nice-to-the-humans thing that they either get extra credit for (which mine can't be arsed to seek) or maybe demerits; you might have an underachiever on your hands. my little princess has a charming habit of throwing up on the papers she's been placidly sleeping on. destroyed one of my roommate's brand-new notebooks on the first day of school, and with finesse.

how long's your mum staying? i was thinking to call & hear tales about your adventures in that dusty wonderland, but i wouldn't want to interrupt your entertaining. :)
