Horray horray! Visa awaaay!!!

After months of waiting and waiting, Kansai Gaidai finally sent me the official acceptance letter with informatio of what to do next. I can finally book that plane ticket and finally get that student visa (and I heard it only takes a week to get it to me, woot!). They also sent me thuh schedule as follows

Bailey stayed with a host family when she went to Japan ^^ She got along really well with the mother and eldest daughter, who went out of their way to make her feel welcome. The younger daughter was a brat and held a grudge against Bailey for not liking the Backstreet Boys, so I think they mostly ignored each other. The father was usually at work, but when he was at home, he was pleasant.

I think you'll be fine ^^ People don't usually volunteer to be host families unless they want to do it...it's not something you do grudgingly! So I'm sure they'll be looking forward to meeting you and making you feel as welcome as possible, and I know they'll understand that you're far from fluent in Japanese!

I'll be coming home on the 22nd or 23rd of May...graduation is on the 19th ^^ Of course this is all according to what kind of job I find and when they want me to start...but I really really really want to come home!!!
