It REALLY bugs me. Especially since I have more "also friend of" people than "Mutual friend" people.

I currently have 31 people on my "also friend of" list and it annoys the hell out of me.

I hate it too. I don't know why. It just makes my journal feel messy or something.

I think the people that run LJ need to stop fucking with everything else and make us able to remove ourselves from other people's friends lists.
