I'm glad! The facebook comment was noted and very much appreciated, believe me. (Especially the bit where you said you weren't sure about the narration at first, weirdly. I'm one of those people who can't handle uncut compliments. A little bit of criticism mixed in makes me go "oh, phew, so they aren't just being nice! They MEAN it!")

...The e-mail Daily SF sent me to let me know when the story was going up told me to "try not to take the facebook comments or rating too seriously." I wonder if telling that to a first time author has ever actually WORKED...
