Models are doing batshit crazy stupid stuff. Shifting east, towards new orleans. Still. I'm not sure I even want to look at the 7 AM model runs; I predict that a solid majority of the morning models will have this storm smacking into west/central LA. And with tropical storm force winds extending out 200 miles from the center of the storm

I detected "jogging' last night and assumed it would correct itself since no one was talking about it, but they did that with another storm..... talked about it differently than what the satellite images were showing.
I hate those MFers.
Being able to interpret the data yourself is so bitchin'.

yeah...that's definitely more of a northwesterly track than it was. Galveston could be spared the worst of the storm; it's looking more and more like the LA/TX border, or east.
