Looting continues in New Orleans. National Guard, Marine Reserves, and Army are moving in, as well as the FBI, and what's left of the New Orleans Police Department (one or two of which have reportedly committed suicide, and 60-80 of which have just disappeared, or turned in their badges and left.)
